All emergency vehicle technicians at WCI have completed either Level 4 security clearance through the RCMP or Level 4 clearances through the City of Edmonton Police Service.
Each member of the install team is also either MECP- (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) certified, or works under the guidance of an MECP-certified technician.
Factory Trained Technicians and Manufacturer Representatives
You can expect 24-hour standby and mobile service from our expert technical staff. All of our technicians have received factory training and a two-year post-graduate certificate in electronic technology.
Our manufacturer’s representative status with Harris Communications provides quality engineering support where needed.

Your communications for essential services require immediate response times and prompt trouble resolution. WCI specializes in custom service level agreements for maintenance and repair of infrastructure and user gear. We offer 24/7 service and support.
